PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CANCELLATIONS

A pre-order of The Ten Minute Rule is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges and no future payments. Your payment method is charged once, at checkout, to reserve your copy. Shopify labels pre-orders as a "deferred purchase" because the book ships after the date you order it; that label does not change what you are buying.

Pre-orders are expected to ship on or around October 30, 2026, ahead of the November 6, 2026 launch. Ship dates are estimates; if a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing hello@andrew-balfour.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is covered by our standard Return and Refund Policy.
