Shipping policy

This policy explains how and when orders from The Ten Minute Rule, operated by Black Sands Studios, are shipped.

PROCESSING TIME In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

PRE-ORDERS Pre-order copies of The Ten Minute Rule are expected to ship on or around October 30, 2026, ahead of the November 6, 2026 launch. If you order both pre-order and in-stock items together, your order may ship once all items are available, unless we arrange otherwise. Ship dates are estimates; if a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND RATES We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any duties or taxes required by your local jurisdiction are your responsibility.

CARRIERS AND DELIVERY TIMES Orders are shipped via standard carriers such as USPS. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@andrew-balfour.com with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund where appropriate.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require additional shipping charges.
